The objective of each website was to create a user-friendly experience for the customer. This was achieved through simplistic design, easy website navigation, and easy channel search and browsing functionality. The topical content and searchability would entice customers to stay on the site longer, while the clean site design would encourage new customers to watch the great programs on offer.
Easy navigation and friendly search functionality was key. Customers would effortlessly be able to find what they were looking for. This would be achieved through a targeted channel search and highlighting of most watched or trending shows.
Customers should be able to make the site work for them. To achieve this, customers would be able to set reminders of favourite shows as well as search for shows and times within the TV schedule, freeing up time to watch more.
