The Gardens Lawn Tennis Club has been run by its members since 1903, and it is as much about quiz nights and dinner dances as it is about floodlit courts. The old website captured none of that. The club wanted something modern and fun that reflects both sides of its character.
What we did
- Designed a clean, fresh look with simple navigation that gets members and visitors where they need to be in a click or two
- Built the site in WordPress so the committee can update it themselves
- Connected the existing member sign-in and court booking systems, so nothing familiar changed
- Optimised content and keywords so local players searching for a club actually find it
- Manage hosting and maintenance so it simply keeps working
The result
A website with the same welcoming feel as the clubhouse, and one less job for the volunteers who run the place.
