About the client
Dolphin Swim Academy provides bespoke swimming lessons to children aged 8 weeks to competition level.
The brief
The client asked us to design and build a website that effectively showcases everything Dolphin Swim Academy has to offer with detailed information of their offering to build trust with their audience; the parents. They also needed an interactive booking portal for each venue.
The solution
We designed and built a clean and modern website with strong visuals and clearly laid out information with an interactive customer portal and booking system.
- Collated detailed information needed to build parents’ trust of Dolphin Swim Academy
- Used strong images of happy parents and toddlers as well as images of the facilities to improve parents understanding and trust in their offering
- Designed and built an easy to navigate, streamlined UI in WordPress
- Created detailed enquiry forms to capture new customers’ details
- Implemented booking software so parents can book each class with ease, which was then delivered to each venue for them to facilitate numbers for each class
- Conducted content analysis and keyword research to optimise the new website for search
- Took control of hosting, back up and regular maintenance
